At LuckyPlantsThailand.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of live plants, we have the following return and refund policy:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive damaged or incorrect plants, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plants and packaging. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants that were damaged due to customer handling or delays caused by the courier or customs.

3. Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the error is on our side, we will cover the shipping costs for replacements.

4. Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as plants may already be prepared for shipment.
